ITZA Galerias partners with different freight companies to ensure your order
arrives to you safe, efficient and cost effectively.
Oversized Items
Most of our furniture orders are considered “oversized” and are delivered using
our white glove delivery service. White glove delivery will get the furniture
piece you purchased inside your home to its desired location (upstairs or
downstairs), with setup, and removal of all packing material. Please allow 2-5
weeks for delivery of an “oversized” piece once it is ready for delivery. There
is no additional charge for white glove delivery-it is already included in your
freight charges.
Scheduling: our white glove delivery company will call or email you several days
before the scheduled delivery to arrange for a convenient time and day.
Standard Items: Standard sized items should arrive to you within 7-10 business
days.
Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout, but before you place your order.
Accessory Items
Accessory items would include those items within “Home Décor”, “Draperies”, “Art”, and most “Lighting” products.
Typically these products ship to you within 1-3 weeks.
The following table is an estimation of shipping charges for most accessory items. If your accessory item is “oversized” and cannot ship via UPS or FedEx Ground, the shipping charge will be calculated at the time of checkout, but before you place your order.

Undeliverable/Refusal of Delivery
Should an item be undeliverable because of an incorrect address, or if delivery
of the item(s) is refused, ITZA Galerias will charge a $20 refusal of delivery
fee plus any additional freight charges incurred by ITZA Galerias. Once ITZA
Galerias or its manufacturer receive the returned item(s), ITZA Galerias will
either refund the purchase price minus all freight charges and the refusal fee,
or arrange for a 2nd delivery with any additional charges for freight applied to
the customer’s account.
